It's actually pretty good. It can turn a sliver that gives all other slivers flying (would be redundant) into a muscle. Sliver decks focus on a variety of abilities and one of every one, thus making them good for highlander decks (although there might not be 100 slivers in the 1st place)

Imo, you should stop playing slivers. It's not worth it. Try to find something easy that you have enough cards for, and everyone has a lot of stuff to trade you. S'what I did...
